Fort Davidson/ in Pilot Knob , Mo is known as a major Hot spot for Paranormal Investigators, The battle was bruttle and it is said that the souls of the Soldiers that died during the battle still patrol the Fort. Some visitors have actually turned in reports of seeing apperations of soldiers in uniforms.
Every Year the town of Pilot Knob re-enacts the battle. It is a huge Festival that brings in a large surplus to the towns economy. I have been there and it is creepy.
